What we take on
Big trees, dead trees, storm damaged trees and trees close to the house. We also trim and prune, grind stumps, clear brush and overgrown lots, and haul it all away.
No trees involved, just lawn care or weeding? That is not what this page books. Call us about it instead.
How the estimate works
No pressure and no sales call. The owner turns up and walks the job with you.

Estimates run Thursday to Sunday, so you can be home for it. Pick any slot the calendar shows and it is yours.
Aaron comes out
Owner run, so it is Aaron himself, not a salesman. Ten to fifteen minutes walking the property and explaining what he sees. He texts you before he heads out.
You get a written estimate
Every tree is different, so we never price one over the phone. You get the work and the price in writing, usually within 48 hours.
The work is booked when you say so
Approve the estimate and we put you on the schedule. Storm damage gets priority. If a bigger job needs a deposit, it is written on the estimate before you approve anything.

Before you book
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job and price it, and there is no charge and no obligation either way.
Can you price it over the phone or from a photo?
No. Tree work varies with the size and condition of the tree, access to the property, how close it is to structures, the equipment it needs and how much cleanup and hauling is involved. We would rather give you an accurate number than throw out a price over the phone and have it change once we see the job.
How long does the work take?
Most tree jobs are done in one day, and smaller jobs may only take a couple of hours. Bigger removals, several trees or difficult access can take longer. Once we have seen the property we can tell you what to expect.
How soon can you start?
It depends on our schedule and the size of the job, but we get customers taken care of as quickly as we can. If it is storm damage or an emergency, tell us and we will do our best to prioritise it.
Is the cleanup included?
Hauling away what we agreed to and cleaning up are part of the price. Stump grinding is not automatic, so if you want the stump gone, say so and it goes on the estimate. Keeping the wood can lower the price.
Do I have to leave the house?
No, in most cases you do not. We just ask that you move any vehicles, patio furniture or anything else in or around the area we will be working.
What if my yard gets damaged?
We stand behind our work and the way we leave your property. If we damage your lawn or property during the job, we will make it right. We are not going to remove a tree and leave you with a giant hole, a torn up yard or a mess to deal with afterward.
Are you insured?
Yes. Grade A Enterprises LLC is a registered Ohio company and fully insured for the work we do. We are happy to show proof of insurance if you ask.
Why might you cost more than another quote?
Make sure you are comparing the same scope of work. Our price covers doing the job safely, the proper equipment and insurance, protecting your property, hauling away what we agreed to and cleaning up when we are done. We are happy to look at the other quote with you.
Do you offer financing?
Not formal financing. Depending on the size of the job we may be able to work out a payment schedule or split it into phases. We can talk it through at the estimate.
